Queen’s University Campus Engagement Photos | Dayna + Alex

A huge portion of my clients are young, working professionals. And, living in Kingston, a lot of those couples went or met at Queen’s University so it often becomes a natural choice for portrait sessions either for engagements or wedding days. I have my favourite spots but I always challenge myself to shoot them in different ways. Here’s a collection of images from a recent session with Dayna and Alex on campus, shot as differently as I could. Results? I’m hyped!

One thing that helps make every shoot in the same location a little different is the people. Some are smilers. Some are stoic. Some are carefree. Dayna and Alex fell into their roles of the photographee very quickly and gave me those natural smiles and a few scruntchy nose laughing pics which are really the realest. And, realest is best.
