So, you had (or are planning) a City Hall wedding eh? Just because you’re keeping it simple doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have epic portraits. Just because you didn’t invite all of your friends and family doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have epic portraits. Just because you won’t have a first dance or cake cutting doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have epic portraits. OK, I’ll stop!
But really though, having a portrait session following your ceremony is a super fun way to celebrate your newly exchanged vows. Amina and David took a couple hours out of their evening to hang out with me and hit a few spots around Fort Henry (for obvious reasons) to commemorate the day and I’m so glad they did. Their vibe was ultra high and we made some beautifully natural portraits with real smiles and laughter. To boot, they had a neighbour with a ’63 Ford Galaxy there to drive them around and ensure the sparkling wine kept them hydrated.
That’s all, just a quick caption to introduce the quick (but mighty) portrait session. Do yourself a favour, get rad photos no matter what your wedding day looks like. Peace out.
