Cozy Maternity Session | Jess + Justin

I’ve been rollin’ with Jess and Justin throughout their entire life cycle as a couple (minus their wild dating days, cuz that would be weird). From engagement to backyard Covid wedding to the “real” wedding and now maternity photos. I mean, what an honour to be trusted with these precious memories over the years! Thank you, Jess and Justin!

Our plan for this shoot was to shoot some cozy photos in their home and then go out for some wintery portraits. Winter had other plans! Cozy portraits, check. Winter portraits? We made due with the little snow that was left on the ground that day! In the end, the entire shoot came together beautifully because their smiles and genuine presence in front of the camera shone brighter than any snowy landscape ever could.

Stay tuned, if the trend continues, you’ll probably see some family photos with that wee babe sometime in the next year 😉 And, don’t worry, we’ll try to involve their adorable pug Watson too!
